Water & Sanitation

Water management and sanitation are central to the development challenges of our countries and societies. In Africa, according to the African Development Bank, less than 60% of the population has access to safe drinking water, and only about 30% to adequate sanitation. Amid rapidly growing populations and urbanization, this situation calls for a significant mobilization of resources to address sustainability and resilience challenges, particularly in urban settings. At DFA, we work alongside stakeholders and institutional partners in the sector to facilitate investments in water access solutions and in sanitation infrastructure and services.

Agricultural value chains

We support stakeholders in the agropastoral and agro-industrial value chains in addressing the challenge of long-term financing for their activities and sustainable development. Our multidisciplinary expertise enables us to intervene at every stage, from the formulation of sectoral policies and plans aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals, to the mobilization of resources best suited to the context and challenges of each program or project, and the monitoring of project implementation on the ground.
